Before the car starts moving, your instructor will explain the lesson plan and help you become familiar with the vehicle setup. This includes your seating position, mirrors, pedals, steering wheel, and the controls you will use during the drive. Beginning in a suitable area allows you to focus on learning without feeling rushed.
As your confidence grows, the lesson may progress to quiet local streets and other road situations suited to your ability. The aim is to give you useful skills that you can practise between lessons with your supervising driver.
Learner drivers under 25 can receive three logbook hours for every one hour of professional instruction. This gives your first driving lessons added value while helping you gain experience under professional guidance.
EZY 2 LEARN Driving School also offers multi-hour lesson packages that provide accelerated logbook-hour benefits. After completing the Safer Drivers Course, eligible learners may receive an additional 20 bonus logbook hours. These options can support your progress towards meeting NSW learner driver requirements while keeping your training focused on safe, capable driving.
