You must give more than 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson booking or your lesson fee will be payable.

You must give more than 24 hours notice to reschedule a lesson booking. If a booking is rescheduled by providing less than 24 hours notice the lesson fee will be payable.
We reserve the right to reschedule a lesson subject to the provision of reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide a lesson where you are unfit to operate a vehicle or suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol as reasonably determined by us.

Payment must be made at the beginning of the session directly to the instructor.

You must hold a current Australian driving licence (Class C LRN or C) or equivalent overseas licence and carry it with you at all times during a lesson. On-road lessons commence and end at the pre-determined pick-up point, determined at the time of booking the lesson. The duration of a standard on-road lesson is one hour, which includes briefing and/or debriefing time. Proper footwear must be worn during the lesson. A flat, enclosed and secure shoe is recommended.

You must be ready to commence the lesson 15 minutes prior to the agreed time. If you do not turn up at the agreed time for your lesson, your instructor will wait 10 to 15 minutes and may at the instructor’s reasonable discretion deduct this from the total lesson time. You must comply with the instructions or directions of your instructor at all times, before or during a lesson.

We reserve the right to terminate a lesson if: you engage in any behaviour that your instructor determines is reckless; or you fail to comply with the instructions or directions of your instructor before or during a lesson; or you fail to comply with any special conditions on your license, i.e. wearing of glasses/contacts.

In the event that a lesson is terminated under the circumstances listed above you will be required to pay the full cost of the terminated lesson. Neither we nor our driving instructors accept any liability whatsoever for personal property that is left in any instructor supplied vehicle.

Driving lessons cannot take place in your own vehicle unless you have at least one full lesson with us to assess your driving. If your instructor agrees to provide lessons in your own car after this assessment, you warrant that your car is covered by compulsory third party and comprehensive insurance. Neither we nor our driving instructors accept any responsibility whatsoever for traffic infringements or accidents resulting from a learner having driving lessons in their own car.

You have to pay damage for the damages caused to the vehicle during your driving test if any accidents happen when the instructor was absent in the car with you such as excess fees payable to the insurer.

You can take advantage of our First Go Guarantee if and when you are deemed competent by your instructor to sit your driving test. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the outcome of any driving test otherwise. If instructor advises you that you will pass the test at first go, but you manage to fail the test, we will then provide you one hour free lesson only at instructors expense.
Neither we nor our driving instructors accept any liabilities whatsoever if your driving test is cancelled due to any error(s) in your log book unless it is an entry we have made. Instructions on how to fill in the log book properly is presented in your log book so please use due diligence to make sure your log book meets necessary requirements before attending your driving test.
If your driving test is cancelled due to any error(s) in your log book, your Driving Test Package fee will be payable in full.
if you are presented to the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS NSW) for a driving test by one of our instructors but you have booked a wrong test (eg Hazard Perception Test instead of Driving Test) or your test is at a different time or location, your Driving Test Package fee will still be payable in full.

You warrant to EZY 2 LEARN that all information given by you to us through this site (including your name, contact and address details are correct.

EZY 2 Learn Driving School reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Every learners need to provide keys2drive free lessons ID as well as the supervisor drivers full name, e-mail, phone number. These details must be provided at least 3 days before the free keys2 drive free lesson otherwise we are unable to provide the free lesson. 

All prepaid lessons or packages are valid for a 6-month period. We make every effort to ensure suitable lesson times are available, however during peak seasons i.e. Christmas and School Holidays, some delay with lesson times may be present. Request for refund is available where packaged lesson times cannot be met within reason. Refund amount is the original package price less any services provided (at full hourly rate) and less 30% of the remaining balance amount to cover all administration costs.

When students are successful in passing their driving test, Ezy 2 Learn Driving School like to publish their photo on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. If you do not wish to publish your photograph, please advise your instructor immediately.
